Refund Policy

Originasi.com strives to provide high-quality products via our vendors, who are checked and monitored regularly. If you are unsatisfied with a purchase, please review the following refund policy.

 

2. Refund Eligibility

We accept refund requests for the following:

• Damaged or Defective Products: If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within seven days with a photo and description of the issue.
• Wrong Item Received: If you received an incorrect item, please contact us within three days of receiving your order.
• Non-Delivery of Products: If your order is not delivered within the days stated by the vendor or of the expected delivery date, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement. But first contact us with details of the missing item(s)
